Joining the MOMS Club is easy! The cost is just $25 annually. This fee helps us rent space for our monthly meetings, supply copies and postage for advertising, and subsidize our fundraising and charitable efforts.

 

If you are interested in joining, simply send us a message via this page or at themomsclubofbrookfield@gmail.com. Our Membership VP will send you the necessary paperwork (one easy form telling us a little about you and your family), let you know where you can send your check, and personally welcome you to the group by adding you to our closed Facebook page!

If the annual dues are a financial concern, please let us know. We would be more than happy to discretely work something out with you. Our purpose is to help the stay-at-home, part-time, and full-time working mom.
